From the East, Toronto:

Take QEW westbound. In Burlington, take the Highway 403 interchange towards Hamilton (do not go on the QEW Niagara). Exit Highway 403 at the Highway 6 North exit and go North for a couple of miles. At the first set of traffic lights, turn left onto Highway #5. Travel west on Highway #5 for 300 yards and turn left at South Street. First left on South Street will be Innovation Drive.

From the South, Niagara Falls or Buffalo:

Take QEW Toronto bound In Burlington, take the Highway 403 interchange towards Hamilton (do not go on the QEW Niagara). Exit Highway 403 at the Highway 6 North exit and go North for a couple of miles. At the first set of traffic lights, turn left onto Highway #5. Travel west on Highway #5 for 300 yeards and turn left at South Street. First left on South Street will be Innovation Drive.

From the West, Windsor/Detroit or London:

Take Highway 401 Eastbound. In Woodstock, exit at Highway 403 and continue eastward. Remain on Highway 403 through the city of Hamilton. Exit Highway 403 at the Highway 6 North exit and go North for a couple of miles. Note: Highway 6 has 2 exits, do not exit at Highway 6 south; continue on 403 until you get to the Highway 6 North exit. At the first set of traffic lights, turn left onto Highway #5. Travel west on Highway #5 for 300 yards and turn left at South Street. First left on South Street will be Innovation Drive.
