Self drilling fastener for fixing a façade panel to aluminium rails

• Centering sleeve allows for precise centric installation
• Dilatation can be fully utilized - no residual material from the centring sleeve remains in the drill hole
• Can be installed with both impact gun and regular drill gun
• Reduced thread so that no torque control is required and fastener is secured against unwinding
• Double-threads for consistent, straight, alignment
• No abrasion on the panel surface after dilatation

• Panel needs to be pre-drilled to Ø 10 mm
• Wearing safety glasses is recommended during the entire setting process
• The bit supplied in the box must be used
• Ensure a right angle during the entire setting process
• Make sure that the bit is mounted without play in the screwdriver
• Apply pressure at low rotation-speed until the centering sleeve breaks
• Once the centering sleve is broken, apply more presusure and increase the rotation-speed
