Customer Service - Morton Building awardsMorton buildings is an industry leader in post-frame construction in the United States. For more than 100 years, Morton Building has provided quality and superior service to people looking for an attractive, long lasting building. SFS is honored to have received numerous awards from Morton buildings over the years and to have their employees in customer service be recognized for their dedication to communication and organization.
In 2022, sales representative Rena Sauer was presented, for the second time, with an award for her, "Steller Customer Service." Rena processes and coordinates all of the orders from various plants and communication is a critical part of her success. We are proud to have dedicated workers like Rena on the SFS team.
Furthermore, SFS received the "Supplier of the Year Award" in 2022, 2020, 2013 and "Partner of the Year" in 2015 from Morton Buildings. Suppliers are judged year long with a scorecard system that is based on judging the suppliers in three critical areas - 1) Quality; 2) Delivery Performance; and 3) Customer Service. SFS achieved the highest rating available year-to-date 2022, which is quite a significant achievement. The high volume of fasteners provided and solutions to ongoing changes and market demands is an esteemed attribute to Morton and a true testimony of the total commitment culture of SFS.
